Following a successful career in IT and industry, James founded Diass Limited in January 2002;
a consultancy company dedicated to help organisations bring order out of chaos in the modern day
data-driven world.
With a family business backgound in manufacturing, an MSc in IT and over 10 years working as
an IT Practitioner, James has been able to successfully help break down the barriers between
business and IT in organisations ranging from environmental research to multinational distribution
companies.

Outside of work James enjoys his sport but readily admits that his best sporting days are probably
behind him now. Infrequent games of squash, badminton and golf, combined with annual walking and skiing
trips help him keep some degree of fitness and one day he hopes to spend more time outdoors.
